I LOVE MY KIA OPTIMA and Carriage Kia! My husband and I were just looking at the Kia Optima while waiting on my Trailblazer to have new tires installed. We really were not looking to buy at that time, how were just looking at the Kia Optima while waiting on my Trailblazer to have new tires installed. So I traded in my vehicle with brand new tires and drove off with my 2012 Kia Optima. Orlando was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and personable. The first trip we made to Carriage Kia we were just shopping. The salesperson, Chris Stanford, took the time to explain various features and of each model. We test drove 2 different vehicles. He followed up with a phone call during the week and when we returned, we still didn't know exactly which features we wanted.
