They take the time to go over all information and making sure that you understand all the processes of buying a new car and they want you to be fully happy in your decision making. Dustin made sure that I was truly happy with my decision before he even went inside to do paper work for me to buy the car, and even worked with the financial side to get the best deal for me. Then Sharon came out and went over the manuals and then the car in full detail to make sure that I didn't leave without knowing how to fully operate the vehichle with all the updated technology, along with going around showing me where everything was located for when I return for my oil change and check up with the car. Josh did a great job of explaining the features of the Sedona we purchased as we took delivery and he followed up with us a few days after delivery to offer additional assistance. We got a great price on our new Kia Sedona as well as great service both during and after the purchase. We've purchased several cars through the years, but this was our best experience by far.
