Tim and Robert (the sales staff)were informative, helpful, and honest. Josh did a great job of explaining the features of the Sedona we purchased as we took delivery and he followed up with us a few days after delivery to offer additional assistance. We got a great price on our new Kia Sedona as well as great service both during and after the purchase. We've purchased several cars through the years, but this was our best experience by far. We would highly recommend Carriage Kia to friends and family. More

Igive my rating based on my persona experience, I went to severalm Kia dealerships and priced the Optimas, I called Carriage to compare the prices and they told me to come on in and they would beat the price severalm Kia dealerships and priced the Optimas, I called Carriage to compare the prices and they told me to come on in and they would beat the price.....and they kept their word, they did give me a better price on a 2012 as opposed to the 2011 prices I was getting from the other dealers. Dustin Seagraves was GREAT!!!...he was not your average 'pushy' salesman....he honestly wanted to see me drive away in a new car....very nice guy, I hope Carriage knows what a valueable employeee they have in him!!!!...Thanks Dustin!!! I was just looking at cars with the possibilty of buying one. I was not familiar with Kias. I went to the Carrige Kia dealership. Shane Perkins came outside to talk to me. He was very friendly. Eventhough he wanted to sell me a car, he was very undestanding of my just wanting to look and not buy. I went back to the dealership a second time and did a test drive with Shane. I liked the way the Kia Optima drove. I still didn't commit to buying. On my third visit I decided to purchase. Shane was very friendly again. He made me feel comfortable with buying the Kia. After a week of driving the Kia Optima, I'm satisfied with my purchase. More

I had a terrific experience with Carriage Kia the sales staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I love my new Kia Forte and buying it, which is usually the worst part. It seems they had a breakdown in their internal procedures in getting my issue resolved; however, once it finally got to the right person it was resolved almost immediately. My husband and I drove into the parking lot of Carriage Kia (Gainesville, GA) and were greeted by Salesman Michael Paglionti. He was awesome! He did not see us as a $SALE$, but took the time to listen to Kia (Gainesville, GA) and were greeted by Salesman Michael Paglionti. He was awesome! He did not see us as a $SALE$, but took the time to listen to our needs. We currently owned an '04 Kia Amanti, which had both body and internal issues that needed addressing (which were all self inflicted). We brought the car in to be "fixed," but after being faced with the expense it would take to get the car up-to-par we went another route. Michael listened to us. He walked us through our options and waited patiently while my husband and I made the decision to purchase a new car! We went home in a new 2011 Optima! Just before we left, Jeremy Smith took us "inside" the car. Being the woman I am, is there REALLY a need to know anything about a car other that the gas pedal, console mirror and radio dial? Well, now I do! Jeremy was awesome! He took us through EVERYTHNG! He even programmed our phones to respond to the automobile's "phone-thingy" (he told me the techno name but, again, is it REALLY necessary that I remember that?!) My overall experience was GREAT! I give Carriage Kia Gainesville, GA Two-Thumbs-Up! For these reasons I chose to give a review because most of the time, especially in this economy, you are treated as an easy target...a $Sale$! I want everyone out there to know that Carriage Kia (Gainesville, GA) is the place to go!!! More
