I was very unimpressed with the way the service went on my Kia. The Mechanic guy they had working on my Kia obviously didn't care about his job or my car it was like he was just there to be there. He lied my Kia. The Mechanic guy they had working on my Kia obviously didn't care about his job or my car it was like he was just there to be there. He lied about doing everything that was supposed to be done on the multi point inspection of my vehicle. When I called him out on it, and spoke with a manager,it didn't make me feel any better to know that because of their mechanics laziness all I had to pay was for the part not the labor. It was a simple headlight!! Then he didn't fix the break light either. If he checked it like he said he would of noticed a shortage in the break wire. And on,top of it all I had to wait over 2 hours and I didn't even finish everything they were supposed to do . But I got tired of waiting on a lazy mechanic to do what he's paid to do . so needless to say Im not happy at all with my service. More
