When discussing cost, we began to discuss new car options. Michael and (what I believe to be) the finance manager were very patient and helped us with our new car. We got into a great 2011 Forte that my wife loves at a payment less than we originally discussed. Although we took up a lot of the staff's time, they were all very patient and helpful in meeting our family's needs. My wife and I visited Carriage Kia on May 16th to price the vehicles that were on the lot. When we walked in the door we were greeted by there friendly staff. Shortly there after they had us on the lot l the vehicles that were on the lot. When we walked in the door we were greeted by there friendly staff. The sales team took there time with us and made us feel as if we were the most important customers on the lot. Unlike other dealerships that we had visited we never felt pressured or rushed at anytime. Once we had found the car that we most desired the sales team worked as a unit to get us the terms that would fit our budget. One of the most impressive things that we experienced was that the whole team stayed over an hour after closing time to work out the deal for us, and again we never felt rushed at any time. I would suggest Carriage Kia to all and everyone as I am sure that they will take care of you and your family in the same way that they took care of mine. More

I bought a 2011 Kia Optima from Carriage Kia. The salesperson was very informative about the car from style of the car to the options.
