In can honestly said that everybody is super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I recommend you ask for Laura or Charles Mjolsness they are the best car sales persons I have ever deal with. We actually drove from downtown Atlanta, past 2 other Kia dealerships, just to come to Carriage Kia and it paid off for us. We came in a couple days before the New Year and dealt with Rusty (who helped us promptly); and explained to him exactly what we were looking for and the price we were looking to pay. After test driving the vehicle we wanted, and a night to sleep on it, we made the trek back up to Gainesville to get the 2011 Kia Soul that my wife feel in love with. I purchased a brand new Kia Rio site unseen and did not even test drive a similar model.
