The reason I rated the dealership with all high markings is because when we drove up the saleman came to see if he could assist us. He was very knowledgable about the Soul. I was just looking and really did not think I was going to purchase at this time. I have a VW and my husband was going to go and look at VW's when I suggested to look at the Soul. I had been to other dealers looking at used and new SUV's. On a recommendation from an older couple at church I went to look at the Sorento, was pleased with the seat height and comfort, the head room inside, as I am tall, the roominess and easy to put the second seat down for packing, the hands free blue tooth for the cell phone when driving and on and on. I never went back to the other dealers once I saw the Sorento. The young lady who explained everything to me when i came to pick up the SUV was also very patient explaining how everything worked. Our experience was very positive and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. Robert was waiting on us and went above and beyond to accomodate our requests for information. We drove a used van, then a new van, made several comparisons in price, color, features, etc. Robert never pressured us or hurried us along. He aloud us to "shop" for the vehicle that would best suit our family. Once we decided to buy new, the van was sent off to "clean-up". I love that they give the car a wash and spruce it up before you drive off the lot. That makes the experience even more comforting and friendly because Carriage Kia really wants you to have the best service. There were other employees who also made us feel at home. One young woman took us to meet the service department manager and discuss our service options. Once our van came out of clean-up, she showed us all of our operating options. I have never experienced that type of customer service or detail. Usually a dealership just sends you home with the manual. Not Carriage Kia; this young woman showed us where all the various buttons, options, controls, etc. were located. When we drove off the lot, we were thrilled with our new van and the overall experience from Robert and the Carriage Kia family. Go see them, you'll be glad you did. More

My Mom and Dad purchased a used 2004 Ford Explorer for me because I totalled my car due to a blow out one week ago. This was a very traumatic event for me. I drove the used 2004 Ford explore home. As I was driving home from the dealership, the car downshifted, lost power, and staeted gliding. There was a tractor and trailer behind me on HWY 369. I had to pull off the road to keep from being hit. My parents and I test drove the car more then once. We asked the dealership to check the front end, and they said they did. My dad took the car to a mechanic and the mechanic said the front and rear wheel bearings were shot, the transmission is going out, and the sensor for the gas pedal is going out. Five hours after we had purchased the car, my Dad carried the car back to the dealership, and asked them to fix the car or give him his money back. They said that it was not their responsibility to fix the car or to advise us that there was anything wrong with that vehicle. We under stand AS IS WARRANTY, but when you sell a death trap, and the people that purchased it comes back witin five hours and there is nothing that the dealership can do for you is a little ridiculous.We have tried to teach our kids to be honest and fair to people and no one at the dealership seems to understand this concept and doesnt seem to care who they kill,its all about the almighty After rating the dealership on Wednesday, Robert contacted us on Friday and said we could come back to the dealership and they would work with us and "make things right". We went back to the dealership on friday to look and test drive other vehicles. The Internet price of the Ford when we purchased it was 9,*** therefore, we were looking at other vehicles with a internet price of 9,***. They offered us an even swap for a vehicle that was list at 7,*** but no money back. We ended up getting another vehicle that was a year old, cloth seats, 20,000 more miles, and not fully loaded for an additional 2,600 dollars. They did allow us to take the vehicle home for the weekend so we could have it checked out before making anything final. We do appreciate them for letting us do that, but their idea of making things right SUCKS in my opinion. We did take this vehicle because we just wanted to be done. By the way.... they put the used 2004 Ford Explorer back on the internet for sell the same day we returned it to them for 10,*** More

My wife and I came in to Carriage Kia to look for a used car for my commute to work. We were immediately greeted as we stepped out of our car by a sales associate and we talked to him about what we wanted. car for my commute to work. He was very helpful and in answering his questions we were able to get a new Kia for the same money as a used car with a great warranty and no miles. The customer service was very high and we felt very little pressure to purchase a car that day. We did not intend to purchase that day but due to the price, customer service, and the willingness to please my family and I we did buy a 2010 Kia Optima and couldn't be more pleased. More
