I actually just bought two cars from Carriage Kia. I bought a 2011 Kia Soul for myself and a 2011 Kia Sorrento for my wife. The Soul is a great, fun car and I loved my experience buying from Carriage K bought a 2011 Kia Soul for myself and a 2011 Kia Sorrento for my wife. The Soul is a great, fun car and I loved my experience buying from Carriage Kia. My Sorrento experience was a bit trickier. The assistant manager of the dealership decided, in my absence, to put the full court press on my wife and employ all of the car salesmen tactics most of us have grown to hate including telling my wife that he could get her monthly payment lowered, but only if she signed that night. She had dropped by to get a Sorrento to take home. She had decided on the car, but wanted to be sure and the dealership agreed (we thought) to let her do just that. She drove from Dawsonville to Gainesville to get the vehcile and this assistant manager decided that, instead of honoring what we had agreed to, he would use high pressure tactics to bludgeon my wife in to signing papers that night. She didn't and they finally agreed to take the car home. She was so upset and flustered that she didn't want the car. So, I had to take time off work to take the car back. Well, Chuck, my salesperson managed to talk me in to trying to make it right and he did. After much work by Chuck and Amanda, they got us in a better model of the car my wife really wanted within budget. I would recommend either Chuck or his wife Laura to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I walked into this dealership knowing I would purchase a vehicle but didn't realize that I would have such a pleasant experience. I had my previous vehicle serviced at this dealership a few months ago and it was at that point that I knew I would return for my next purchase. From the moment I drove up I was greeted with respect, not the agression that is normally met with at dealerships. I felt like I was always in control of the sale and was never pushed in a direction that I didn't want to go. It is a very relaxed atmosphere but at the same time you know that business is being taken care of. The last part of the visit that was the review of the vehicle's features was extremely helpful. I love my new Sorento!! More

When we arrived at Carriage Kia, we were greeted promptly and friendly. We told the sales person that we wanted to lower our payments on the vehicle that we had and we wanted to look at some used cars. After and friendly. After talking to them for awhile they showed us how we could lower our payments to what we wanted and get a NEW car instead of used. So instead of having a used car, which could possibly give problems down the road, we have a new car with the great Kia warranty. Was very skeptical when I first came to Carriage, normally don't trust car dealers. Sorry! But Tim Ingle, the sales rep. that helped us was very honest in answering all our questions. Did not try to pressure me into buying, if he had I would have walked. I had heard about the recall due to electrical problems, so he checked the vehicle I was looking at to see if it was in the recall. After I purchased the vehicle I caused the hatch to door to lock and could not get it closed. Because I could not understand how to get the lock to release, the service dept. sent someone to our house to show me what I was doing to cause it to lock. We live 40 miles away, who else would have done this? Thank You Carriage Kia! More

My wife and I had decided to buy a bigger car (currently owned a Kia Soul) and were driving by dealerships on Sunday afternoon to just look at the cars on the lot. We visited Mall of GA Kia and then Carria owned a Kia Soul) and were driving by dealerships on Sunday afternoon to just look at the cars on the lot. We visited Mall of GA Kia and then Carriage. My wife had a specific color and options in mind and Carriage happened to have one that fit perfectly. Surprisingly they were open on Sunday and Tim was the only sales person in at the time. This was my second great experience with Carriage. We had perchased our Soul from Tony Valdeze who was great as well. Tim answered all questions fully and was able to make sure we weren't sitting there all day trying to make a deal on a car. He involved the credit manager (Brian ?) early and the sale went through without any issues. I would definitely recommend Carriage Kia to friends and family as well as Tim or Tony and have been very happy with the value and quality of the cars. Gary Sanders More
