It is very easy to make a reservation online, often even on the same day. I typically wait at the dealership- the premises are neat and immaculate and there’s often a staff member who will approach you no s on the same day. And they do not loose interest once they know you’re not there to buy a new car. The service is often faster than you expect and there are no surprises when you get the bill. I found all this to be true already before the Covid-19 problems so it is not that now they have suddenly less work and more time for -and interest in- the customer. A very happy KIA customer. I had a Soul when I lived in Asunción, Paraguay and decided to upgrade to a Sorento when I retired to Massachusetts in 2018. Kept the car when we moved to Georgia last year and we are as pleased with the dealership in Gainesville as we were in Paraguay and Massachusetts! More
Not following through on what they tell you. Having to do a oil consumption test ,due to the car using oil. Was told they would price match the tire price of the Ford dealership. Drove 50 miles to dealership and they would not match it, because they did not have tires in stock. They had Hankook 70,000 mile tires in stock, but two numbers in the stock number was different would not substitute them, are try to order. Some staff make you feel like you know nothing and are very arrogant. More
