The sales guys were really nice and helpful. The guy who said he was the manager (I don't remember his name) came across very rude and put out when I asked questions. After being told the paperwork I submitted at the time of purchase for my trade in was sufficient, I felt slightly harassed by the amount of emails being told I had to get more information and documents from another person in the finance department. This was a couple weeks after the deal. It was daily. That was very frustrating and I don't feel that after you're told everything is good you should keep getting told you have to do things for someone that falls under their job to acquire. More
