Jeff did a great job identifying a issue with my tire and providing a replacement. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding on my part and I was under the impression that I had been overcharged. I'm not trying to give a review on Mitsubishi because I've had no problem with them I was trying to do my review on Carriage Kia but every time I click on the link it says that my invitation has been rem I've had no problem with them I was trying to do my review on Carriage Kia but every time I click on the link it says that my invitation has been removed so I'm going to give my review of Carriage Kia now I had took my vehicle in on two occasions both time the service was awful they gave me wrong information and it could have been a life-or-death situation for me and my grandkids so they failed me in a terrible way I don't know what kind of people they have working there but they are not mechanics not in my eyes they did a terrible job and gave me bad bad information technically they gave me information that was not true so to me that's a lie and why would you lie to your customers so therefore I just feel like they feel me I would never recommend anybody to go there I will never go there again and that's a fact..
