Each employee my husband and I encountered was courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured or like we had to haggle regarding price. We had such a positive experience with the first vehicle we purchased from Carriage that when we were in the market for another vehicle we went back to Carriage. I didn't think our first experience with Carriage could be surpassed, but our second car purchase exceeded our expectations. Car buying should be this way! Not only was the purchase experience great but each time we've taken the vehicle in for maintenance it's been a pleasant experience. Carriage has gained loyal customers with my husband and me. More

unusually good dealer service I scheduled my Soul for a regular service and an alignment. My service was completed in a timely manner and my car was washed and vacuumed. I didn't expect the inside to be cleaned but was very grateful. The waiting room is comfortable and Judy kept me informed of what was happening with my car. I don't usually use a dealership for oil changes etc. because they are usually more costly than my local mechanic. Of course, to be fair, my last car was a MINI Cooper and the dealer was BMW. Enough said on that subject. I love my car and, if I out live it, I will buy another KIA. I'm 71. More
