First service for Soul.... I took my 2015 Kia Soul ! To the dealership where I bought for my first service appointment. I was already pleased with my buying experience but now i I took my 2015 Kia Soul ! To the dealership where I bought for my first service appointment. I was already pleased with my buying experience but now it was the real test, how would I be treated by the service department? I called and made the appointment and was greeted by Courtney Shirley. She was very nice and worked with me to get an appointment that fit MY schedule. She sent me a reminder email and it even had a link to put it in my calendar. When I arrived I was greeted by Courtney and she lead me to the waiting area. She came in a couple of times to check on me,update me on the progress, and offer additional services for my car. They completed the service in the time they told me and even walked out to my car with me in the rain to make sure all was well. Very excellent customer service!! I already scheduled my next visit! So now this is definitely the best dealership in both sales and service!! More

He got our daughter situated with a movie and then helped us. During the whole process he reassured us everything was ok since we were nervous about our first car purchase. He did all the work and assured us that he will do whatever it takes to get us a good deal and all we need to do is sit back and relax which we did. We lucked out with Trey and our Sorento !!! We also had to come in today 1/20/2015 to get our key fob fixed because it wouldn't work and to get the movies we left in the old car that Trey got out for us with a simple phone call. They really work hard to make you happy. The popcorn and water in the center is really a plus when you have kids in there. And even though our daughter was playing in the brand new mini van in the lobby they didn't mind at all when she made the alarm go off. They were just so friendly and I foggot we brought our dog in there and they even went and got him some water and played with them. They were just awesome ! More

We got the car we wanted for a good price however be warned the soul has a single locking lug nut on each wheel that requires a special key to take off which was not provided on purchase and the parts department wants to charge you for after the fact. And when I bought the car I did smell something faint in the car but didn't get the full smelly effect until we got it home. The car didn't seemed detailed clean wise on the inside. So if you do buy from them make sure the car is in a good clean order and you have the lug key. Also the car didn't come with a spare tire or jack so heads up. More

Let me say first that I'm extremely picky when it comes to making recommendations because I feel if I recommend a business or service, it's a reflection of my own judgement. I can wholeheartedly recommend Carriage Kia to anyone in the metro area considering a new car. I drove past a couple other Kia dealers to get to Carriage about 30 miles away and am so glad I did. I had a chance to talk to Trey prior to arriving at the dealership and told him the car I was interested in. As a USAA member with TrueCar service, I had already selected what I thought I'd want. He had the car waiting for me at the front door ready for a test drive. Off we went in a 2015 Optima EX w/ Premium Package. Exactly what I asked for. During the test drive, I'd already made my decision that I'd buy the car, but I had a very tight schedule as I was moving my sailboat off the lake the same day. We had two hours to close this deal. One thing that Trey helped me decide was color. Having a sense of my personality and activities, he encouraged me to consider the bright silver (I asked for white). I didn't want a color I'd have to clean regularly or that would show dirt easily. I hesitated a little on the color change, but once I saw the bright silver and grey leather, I was sold. Haven't second guessed that decision once, and so glad he made the recommendation. Of course it helps to walk into a dealership with a high credit score and knowing my budget on monthly payments. Having a realistic expectation of what a $30k car costs alleviates a lot of the stress in buying. Even though I had financing in place, Carriage secured a better rate for me and lower payment - beat out my own bank! We closed the deal very quickly. In all, I was at the dealership for about an hour before I had paperwork in my hands. While the dealership prepared the car for delivery (including a full detail), I headed over to the lake to meet the hauler that was moving my boat. I returned shortly after dinner to find my car in the delivery area waiting for me. Hannah (I believe that was her name) spent a solid 30 minutes showing me every little button in the car, even paired up our iPhones with the UVO system. She scheduled my first service appointment and made sure she answered all of our questions. A few days later I got a call from Carriage that they'd found an even better loan for me with less interest and a lower payment. I couldn't believe (in fact, I thought maybe this would be the ugly surprise). But it was true. When I got to the dealership, they had the new paper work ready for me, and my payment decreased by $10/month and I walked with an optimal interest rate. The bank I ended up with has also taken great care of my account, and I decided to open a checking account with them as well to make payments much easier. I got equally great service when I took the car back for its first check up after breaking it in. I couldn't ask for a better car buying or car owning experience. Carriage checks in with me regularly to make sure I'm enjoying the car (which I am!) and to see if I have any questions. I look forward to my next service trip and being able to check in with Trey. More
