Beware!! Took several weeks to get an appointment to look at the car. Assured me it would be finished that day by 2:00. At 4:45 I was told that there was a leak in the radiator that they could not diagnose t at the car. Assured me it would be finished that day by 2:00. The next day they texted me an estimate of 815 for a new radiator. I called around to find out that they were overcharging, so I took it elsewhere. The new place was unable to find any kind of leak and they are a very reputable and trustworthy place. I will never do business at this Kia dealership again. Alex is friendly and did a good job keeping me updated on the car. The cashier was also friendly and the guy who shuttled me to work was also nice. More
