I visited a KIA dealership closer to my home and I was treated just as I feared I would be, misled and pressured. So I then decided to try Carriage KIA. Right from the start it was a better experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We talked numbers, they answered my questions, and I never once felt pressured. In fact, I felt valued and respected for seriously considering my options on such a large purchase. Needless to say, I purchased my Forte that day. And honestly, the biggest selling factor for me was how they treated me. Before I left the dealership with my new car someone showed me all the features of my vehicle and helped me set up and sync my Bluetooth accessories. Then a day or two later someone followed up with a phone call to ensure all my questions were answered since I brought the car home. We have always received excellent care with our routine service/oil changes since buying our 2013 Kia Optima at Carriage Kia. The service is always fast and efficient. As luck would have it, my doctor's appointment ran late and after talking with Cody in service, we were told to come on as soon as we were able. We arrived appx 20 minutes late and were treated graciously. Cody was very efficient and knowledgeable in getting our servicing done. The waiting area is very comfortable with numerous people asking if we needed anything while we waiting. We highly recommend Carriage Kia and their service. More
