When you can drive off with a feeling of satisfaction and no regrets, the dealership is doing something right. I've brought the car in for routine servicing/oil changes several times and that experience has been terrific as well. My car is taken in right at my appointment time, the service is done in a fast, efficient manner, and the waiting area is so nice that sometimes I wish the servicing would take a little longer :). During one service appointment, months after purchase, Tyler (my sales rep) happened to walk through the service waiting area. The buying process at Carriage is so smooth and without harassment, and best of all, there is no 'big & scary' finance person in a back room. The purchase was all done in the showroom by the staff that were helping me with my car selection.
