I arrived at the service department for an oil change and service. I was in and out with the oil change and all service completed and car washed in less then 45 minutes. Hi I am retracting Carriage Kia on behalf of the general manager Chris and Kyle from the service center. Recently we purchased an 09 Kia and was very displeased with it. Upon rating it with dealrater the ge manager Chris and Kyle from the service center. Recently we purchased an 09 Kia and was very displeased with it. Upon rating it with dealrater the general manager agreed to meet with me to discuss my concerns. We met and he agreed to fix everything wrong with my SUV and got the service center manger to get it done fast. I am thankful to them both and really do appreciate their time they took to meet with me and settle my issues. Thanks to the both of them. More
I'm currently an owner of a 2013 Soul that is completely wrapped - the cutest car ever! My car doesn't have all the bells and whistles though. The Specs on the 2014 Soul Exclaim are Perfect, so completely wrapped - the cutest car ever! My car doesn't have all the bells and whistles though. The Specs on the 2014 Soul Exclaim are Perfect, so I ran up to the dealer I bought the 2013 from (Rick Case) and pre-ordered a Yellow LOADED 2014 - Very exciting. I had reached out to Carriage too in Gainsville to see if they did have 2014s in ... Not at that time. So I'll wait until my Yellow one comes in. Next day ... I get an excited call from Megan - the 2014s were in! Truck had just come in and there was a loaded Yellow one. Even better, a second truck was coming in at midnight. Rick Case wasn't getting my car in until mid November ... she explained that Carriage Kia was a 'preferred dealer'. To make it even sweeter, they'd match the deal offered from Rick Case and the best part was the current promotion being offered on Kia trade-ins because of the shortage in inventory. I'm alll about a good deal so I left work and drove up to Gainsville. 1 1/2 hours. Ever drive up Scenic Highway? Nightmare. Megan and I at this point had had many conversations. She was aware that I was coming ... and I did. This is when everything goes to xxxx in a sleigh. Megan NEVER came out to meet me despite being able to SEE her through the glass windows. Receptionist pointed her out for me. Called again. Still no Megan. Finally just called to have another sales guy come. I'm excitedly telling him 'I'm here to see the '14' and I'm taking it with me!" I figure it's a lost sale for Megan - doesn't bother me - lucky guy is about to get a $25,000 sale. My jaw Hit The Floor when he announced that they don't have the Souls in ... No trucks ... Where did I get that from? ... and a bunch of apologies. LIES. Everything Megan told me was a LIE!! Tyler, the manager. comes out after several minutes and a couple of requests to speak with management ... and he's questioning me about how long it really took to get there from Snellville - WHAT?! This is exactly why the general public perceives 'car salesmen' the way they do. Bad business Carriage. So, I'll be taking my $25K back to Rick Case. I hope my reader will reconsider business with Carriage given the condoning of an utter misrepresentation by an agent in order to get prospect on their showroom floor. More
I entered the dealership just to view the Kia Cadenza. After talking to Kayce and Chuck and then taking a test drive I decided to ask what kind of a deal they could do for me . I had a Nissan Altima (2011) which had a lease balance. I was very happy with the deal they offered. So much so that we closed the deal that very day and I drove out with a new Kia Cadenza. I was very impressed by the way my wife and I were treated every step of the way. There was no undue pressure to make a deal and we were treated with professional courtesy along with what I felt was "REAL" friendliness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. More
