I found the dealership appearance to be clean and refreshing. I would recommend that sales associates be given a little more privacy in the office setting. I had told him that I wanted to keep the monthly payment with a certain range and he basically worked the deal backwards including whatever it would take to come to that monthly payment. At no time were definitive prices quoted. This left me with the feeling that they were trying to not to disclose certain things, which I later expressed to the sales manager in a separate meeting. I feel a different sales method is definitely in order. More
