I have been going to this dealership since 2007 and have never gotten bad service. The techs know what they are doing. Alex has always been respectful and courteous. Satisfied Took the car to be repaired, I knew the A/C Compressor was bad and I advised Alex of such. But, he told be it would be $99.00 to diagnose it, and I al Took the car to be repaired, I knew the A/C Compressor was bad and I advised Alex of such. But, he told be it would be $99.00 to diagnose it, and I already knew what the problem was. I had to call back for updates, and was advised the hood would not open. I advised how to open the hood, and was able to fix it with a little oil on the hood latch. Was not happy with the communication since I had to instate all open communication. On Saturday , April 11th, I received an e-mail with quote to replace the compressor and drive belt. I gave the go ahead to repair via another phone call on my part, and was told they would have to order the part, which was fine. the part would nor be until Tuesday, understandable. Called back on Wednesday to get an ETA on the repair and was told it would be Friday, had to add another on the car rental. The service was good overall, but they really need to work on communication. I will recommend the service department, but some things need to be improved. More

Service center has taken care of my car since I purchased it in 2013. Great personnel, honest and dependable.
