Really ignorant people not one good thing about this place A friend of mine purchased a used vehicle from this place granted the vehicle was as is with no warranty. He paid $4000 or $5000 for the vehicle. H A friend of mine purchased a used vehicle from this place granted the vehicle was as is with no warranty. He paid $4000 or $5000 for the vehicle. He had the vehicle for about 30 days and the transmission went. And to replace the transmission is going to cost him more than he paid for the vehicle so he thought by Jim Shorkey being a pretty big dealership he would give them a call and see if they can lead him in the right direction or possibly maybe even help him out a little bit so he called and the service manager said absolutely not no questions asked and was extremely ignorant. Told the sales person that I wanted to buy this car not lease. Two hours later, found out that the price was for a leased car. My price was going to be closer to $25,000 not including taxes. Also, we would only receive 1/2 of what others have offered for our trade in. Left and went to Monroeville Kia. The manager, Joe Site, was amazing. No games. Same car with taxes and transfer $23,250. Bought my 2nd KIA on Saturday Mike Alton sold me a Kia Optima this past weekend(12/17/16)....he was very helpful and didn't apply a lot of pressure.
