We purchased our first Kia last week- 2012 Sportage EX in "Signal Red". Our salesman, Barry Kopko, was outstanding! Very friendly and down-to-earth. No high pressure sales. We test drove a few different vehicles before choosing ours. While the specific color was not available at the time, they secured it very quickly from another dealer. We are so pleased with our experience at Jim Shorkey Kia. We were introduced to the staff, met Jim Shorkey and the best part- warm cookies and hot chocolate that made the cold/wet day better!! We opted to have a keyless remote added to the vehicle and set the appointment. They will be coming to our home tomorrow to pick up the vehicle and will return it when the job has been completed. I can't say enough about their customer service! Should we need another vehicle, we would not hesitate to come back. We are still amazed at what a pleasant experience this has been. We would reccommend Barry and Jim Shorkey Kia to anyone in need of a new car. More
