We don't have the greaest credit, but the team at Carriage Nissan was able get us a loan on a brand new 2011 Sentra. Its our very first brand new car and we love it!!! This was the best car buying experience we have had so far. We initially talked to Paul. He took all the information about my request and had a sales person in contact with me shortly. The next day I came into the dealership and spoke with Tyrome to go through the details. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained financing options and assisted in locating a code for an employer discount. It was nice to just work with one person instead of being passed around to various employees for each part of the process. The car buying process was prompt and easy. I received a loaner car until my car was received from another dealer. My car was at Carriage the following day. I had expected to hear from Tyrome earlier in the day to confirm the car was there but when I called he said the car was getting cleaned up and would be ready for pick up that day. Upon picking up the car we were very impressed with the level of detail Chris went over about the car with us. He spent over an hour in the car with us walking through functionality and assist with blue tooth set up. This was great since the manual is so big, it was nice to know some of the basic items right away. We previously went to a different dealer and left due to the rude and dishonest sales person. We were so happy to purchase our new car from Carriage because the employees were great! We will certainly be back in the future. More
