Kevin was a nice guy and had a sense of humor. He really listened to what I wanted. In my case I did not want power windows. I went out to the dealership on a whim, as I have very bad credit and really had no expectations of being able to get a loan to get a new car whatsoever. I was upfront with DC about this from the beginni bad credit and really had no expectations of being able to get a loan to get a new car whatsoever. I was upfront with DC about this from the beginning and he was extremely compassionate and considerate of my situation. He was very personable and friendly and really made me feel like he cared very much about my situation and was doing all he could to make this work out for me. He kept me up to date on what was going on back in the finance dept at all times and ensured me the employee (I can't remember his name) that was dealing with the banks was giving it his all. We went on a test drive in a Sentra and when we got back, I got the good news that the bank had accepted my application! I was estatitic and in shock, and DC seemed just as thrilled for me! He really made me feel special, he talked to me at length about what to do to help my credit situation and really treated me like a new friend. I never once felt uncomfortable in any way during my stay there. DC even went above and beyond and drove my old car home for me, as I had nobody that could do so for me. I drove him back to the dealership and we had a very nice conversation just about life in general. I have received several follow-up calls to make sure all is well with my car and my satisfaction. I had a great experience at the Nissan dealership in gainesville I went there to only look at some cars not really sure if i was trading or not. Once we decided on a nissan we wanted a 6 cylinder but they helped us with deciding on a 4 cylinder rather than a six by explained how the nissan works Also was very willing to help us try to find the color we wanted in a 2010, but after looking and talking we decided on a 2011 4 cyclinder in a color we really liked. We then did the paper work and was introducted to the service dept. staff. While we filled out paper work the car was cleaned up and filled up with gas and was waiting on us to drive home when we finished up. The car was also explained to us in great detail. I would definitely recommend the nissan dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. my experience was great. More

I had a great experience at Carriage dealership. I have been test driving cars for about 2 weeks and can honestly say that the Sentra was the best car for me.
