Our experience with Stephanie at Carriage Nissan was wonderful. For the first time ever when buying a car, after we told the salesperson where we wanted our payment to be, she came back with the price wonderful. Every time I have visited Carriage Nissan it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff, whether it be the Sales or Service Department has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Our sales person took the time to answer all our questions regarding the difference in packages available on the Versa we purchased. Instead of showing us colors on a brochure, which can be deceiving, he went out on the lot and brought the cars up for us to see. In my opinion, that is excellent customer service, as the weaather was very warm. The finance options were explained to us in detail so we were able to make the best decision for us. I would and do recommend Carriage Nissan to all my friends who may be in the market for a automobile. More
