Things started OK, but they didn't have exactly what I wanted (Joey was taking notes as I listed the trim level and package I wanted). They made a few calls and said they had what I wanted within 100 miles and could get it for me and I told them I would need to see the window sticker before I bought anything. I wasn't positive I wanted to go thru the hassle, so I went home for the night to think. I went back the next day and was handed off to Brad, it seemed good as his personality seemed to mesh better with mine. He acted as though he knew what we wanted and got the ball rolling on a dealer swap, stating he had one ready and we worked the numbers. I said I'd like to see the window sticker for the vehicle we were discussing and he said that'd be no problem, but we never got it (red flag one). We reached an amicable deal fairly quickly and their starting point on the new vehicle was about what I thought it'd be for what I was looking for. Brad checked back with us a number of times over the next 90 minutes, saying they were "almost there" a couple times. A little over an hour into their procurement of my new ride, he said they had 3 to choose from. I caught him in a lie at this point and called him on it, telling him "you told me had it all setup over an hour ago." This caused some back peddling; it was the second red flag I missed. Brad finally brings me paperwork saying they'd worked a swap and we went through everything, signing that I was interested in the deal, but had not taken delivery. They sent the guy after the vehicle and got me a rental, saying they didn't want anything to happen to my trade in. Since they drug things out so long, they couldn't get the swap finished before they closed and they aren't open on Sunday, so it was Monday before the deal could be completed. My wife had to finish things up and test drive the new ride because I was on a business trip (they knew I was going to be gone on Monday and would not be the pick-up person). While reviewing the supplied vehicle over the phone, we soon discovered it was not what we were expecting. It was missing one of the packages I requested and the interior color was wrong. Here's when they true side of the dealership shows. First, they say we "took delivery" when it was driven off the lot on the test drive (who doesn't test drive a car before they actually buy it AND we didn't sign for it). After being informed of the missing package and wrong interior, they said we never told them we wanted these. This is when I remember I was never provided the window sticker I was promised and I realize I pretty much paid list because this thing is missing a $1,300 package. Since this is far from what we discussed, we say "just give us our trade in back and we'll be on our way." They say they don't have it anymore (likely a lie given the other sleight of hand stuff). Then they insisted the rental car keys back, stranding my wife. I'm 800 miles away, unable to assist; which may have been part of their plan. Chris and Brad are saying the new vehicle is ours, even though we have not signed for it and it has not been titled. I'm out my original ride and still no new wheels. And my wife had to call a friend to get home (an obvious attempt at getting her to take delivery). This is far from over, but if they want to burn money in court instead of making this right, that's what will happen. BE WARE, BE WARE, BE WARE! I let my guard down and failed to get things I was promised before I said "deal", but they didn't deliver what was originally discussed. Had they taken responsibility for a failed communication between their sales people and moved toward getting the right vehicle, I would say okay, but they are taking no responsibility and appear to be uninterested in fixing the problem. Their reaction seems to indicate they had one up on us early on and they knew it. More

I was emailed internet pricing and vehicle inventory information Thursday afternoon so I was able to do my homework prior to my purchase the next morning. I told Ryan that I did not have time to play the "negotiating game" because I travel so much (I purchased truck Friday and flew to CA on Sunday). Everything was presented straight forward, concise & clear to me. I had already pre-negotiated financing and a great interest rate from State Farm. Nissan matched the low interest rate. More
