If I could provide negative stars I would, I have dealt with this dealer for over 20 years. They were the only mechanic that ever touched my car, when It became Jim Shorkey it completely went down hill. Th with this dealer for over 20 years. I have to take my car back 4 years in a row for the same issue, on the 3rd return I was advised the mechanic failed to replace the O ring and it burnt out my compressor. On the 4th visit I was advised they used a aftermarket part and that was the issue. We were then advised for the to replace it with a Nissan part it was going to cost us an additional 1500.00 or we were going to keep having the same issue. It cost us 3500.00 and 4 years for us to hope the air conditioner is fixed. I have bought every car for the past 20 years from and have been looking to buy a new SUV. I will not buy any other cars from her nor will they service any more of my cars. They are CROOKS! More

They do not know what customer service is, most definitely, Jeremy the manager does not. Made us wait over 2 hrs on him and he never showed. I will never be back here. They don’t take your word yet you have to take theirs with no proof. They lost a 10 YEAR customer. I would definitely take your vehicle elsewhere, I’m sure you’ll get better work and service maintenance anywhere else simply because you do not matter to them even if the car is under their warranty. I have had a part for my air bags on order for several months. I called again today to check if the parts ever came into make the repair. I was put on hold, but no one ever came back with an answer. Jim Shorkey Nissan has the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever been too. Chris Sanchez who is a service manager is one of the worst. I bought a titan truck with a tow package and they didn’t have a relay switch so the camper lights didn’t work. I contacted Mr Sanchez and he told me to purchase the switch. Send him a picture of the receipt and he would send me a refund. That was 4 months ago. He has not returned any of my voice mails and when I ask for him specifically. He always says he is in a meeting. I am not usually one to write reviews but Jim Shorkey Nissan was so bad with the sales and the follow up service that I am only hoping someone rewards this before they think about buying from them More
