Before deciding on a dealership, I was on the phone with many, including some Chevy dealerships much closer to my house. Melinda was far and away the most interested, helpful and patient salesperson I talked to. Because buying a car can be very high stress, emotional, and heavy financial decision, I didn’t want to enter that environment and deal with someone who wasn’t interested in helping me. I didn’t come in with all the answers or know all the features on every trim that I wanted, so I needed someone with some willingness and patients to help me figure out what I’m going to be happy with. Dealership sold misinformation on the car. After requesting for support to resolve the issue, the GM (Mike) was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
