Ross returned my calls, responded to emails, and even text me back promptly. He was even so gracious to answer my texts late at night on one occasion. If they made a mistake they fixed it, mistakes were very rare. I began taking all of my late model and collector cars to them with excellent results. When I was ready to buy a new vehicle I went to them for a price and found them to be very competitive. The most important thing to me was that I learned the the cheapest price may not be the best deal. Tom Henry Chevrolet has been getting all of my business because their entire staff is trustworthy and honest. It doesn't hurt that they know your name.
