This is my third vehicle purchased from JTC. I wanted the same truck as my previous purchase earlier in the year, but with just a few more features. I did not think it would work, but I asked Victor Rogers and he went to work. I asked on a Wednesday and by the following Monday the truck was found and pre qual paperwork done. Tuesday morning finance had been secured and in early afternoon I headed to JTC. I think I spent a total of maybe 45 minutes getting things signed and take care of. I was able to get the truck I wanted, my trade value was in a spot that made me happy as well as the OTD. Once again I got to work with a great dealership and good people. I will continue to use JTC for my maintenance (they are 67 miles from me so that says something) and if I need another vehicle I will go straight to them. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. After totaling my 2022 Silverado Trail Boss in a bad accident, I wanted the same vehicle. I had an issue with my newly purchased to me used car. The issue was known about and an agreed upon fixed was in place once the part became available. Unfortunately the issue became more of an issue. The dealership took great car of me by picking up the car and sourcing the part. They got the vehicle back to me and had fixed a tiny thing I had asked them about.
