Cynthia, We appreciate your comments, and will take your feedback into consideration for the future. However, we would like to better explain where we are coming from. The vehicle was purchased six months ago and when you did bring it back in for an inspection (which was free), we found a broken strut, and a bent rim which unfortunately leads us to believe that at one point in your six months of ownership, a pothole was hit. When we originally obtained the vehicle on a trade, a multi-point inspection was made, and neither of those two issues were noted. Nor, would we offer a vehicle with those sorts of issues for sale. As for your transmission, multiple mechanics and our Used Car Manager personally drove your vehicle and noted that it was shifting as designed. Thank you again for your feedback, but there isn't any protocol for damage that has been done while the vehicle was in your possession.
