We consistently have our vehicle's regularly scheduled maintenance at Jim Winter. They've always done a top notch job on getting it done in a timely fashion and having the vehicle ready on or before they say it will be ready. We've (unfortunately) needed their body shop's help to repair self inflicted vehicle damage. The body work and paint job was perfect and the vehicle looks brand new.

I am so disappointed with this dealership. Never have i ever had so little trust in a business. i purchased a 2020 ct6. It was delivered, to the dealership, several weeks later in October. Since then i have had it in 3 times and all 3 times i have been full of disappointment. Starting with the sunroof where they simply wiped up oil and poked at a seal to get it to stand up.. i later took it to another dealership where they changed the seal. Secondly my app and data functions where not working from day one, they told me the car was too new and the App Store was not out. After talking to some other 2020 ct6 Owners i discovered that was a outright lie and again took it to another dealership where several modules had to be replaced. My 3rd and final time going was today, there was a small scratch when i got the vehicle and i finally had time to get it fixed. That is until they told me it was going to cost me $600 out of pocket. Also i would like to add when i bought a Cadillac i was told i would always get a loaner Cadillac on warranty work, ALL 3 TIMES i was told we can’t give you a Cadillac. The service rep frank “team blue” is by far the most disrespectful person i have ever met. I contacted Cadillac on these and more issues and they told me they would investigate it but no one should have to deal with what i have over the last 2 months. I almost forgot to mention when i picked up my car i was told “we didn’t wash it because it was a used vehicle”
