The GM, Jason Valentine, was arrogant and rude. I'm a teacher and single mom. He made me cry after I explained my situation about a Lincoln that I bought FROM Joe Cooper at the Edmond location. I'm a teacher and single mom. He made me cry after I explained my situation about a Lincoln that I bought FROM Joe Cooper at the Edmond location. He laughed that I had spent money to try and resolve the issue on my own and told me "that was my own fault" and to "have some common sense". Eric was wonderful there and I will forever appreciate his kindness and helpfulness to resolve my car issues. Adam in service was good as well. Jason Valentine who is now at the Shawnee Dodge location was the catalyst of the entire establishment and my respect for them. I had owned the car less than 60 days when I let them know about the issues I was having with vibrations. I live two hours away so I did try to take it to a couple different local places first. Jason informed me of how stupid this was. I asked to speak to his boss. He said he was the boss and that if I tried to go over his head that I would likely be stuck with the entire expense of the repair verses the half that he was agreeing to. I eventually got my car back however I lost all faith in this establishment and their GM. More
Everyone there was happy at their job and are clearly experts in their fields. There are many vehicles to choose from. My buying experience was very smooth and expedient. I was in the process of buying a 2017 Lincoln MKZ from battison honda. This was back in January the car was sent there to do a software update on the transmission which apparently never occurred the car w battison honda. This was back in January the car was sent there to do a software update on the transmission which apparently never occurred the car was there almost 2 weeks and which time the right front tire was run and Cooper had to replace the tire with a new Goodyear Eagle Tire also they sent a key man up there to program a second factory key fob which wound up having the wrong emergency key inside of it which may or may not be in Cooper's fault my complaint is Cooper had to car almost 2 weeks run a tire did nothing to the transmission to improve the hard shift from second to Third will I recommend anyone to Cooper Lincoln for service or sales no will they ever see this car again no I wound up being stuck with this car thanks to the Honda dealer that still has the transmission problem even after taking it to Cummins Lincoln and Weatherford and having transmission service by having new flood put in the old fluid was black as a tire on the car they did not change the filter in the transmission the overall a bad experience with both leaders neither dealer will see the car again I regret buying the car I do like to car a lot but I do not like to transmission problem and do not have the money to do a transmission overhaul I'm 69 years old this was going to be my last car now I've got a car that may not last More
These people are awful. Won't call you back. Tell non-truths left and right. Act like they have never been questioned about their vehicles. Provide no service, no gas, n Won't call you back. Tell non-truths left and right. Act like they have never been questioned about their vehicles. Provide no service, no gas, no car wash, no extra key, no jack handle, up the price on the vehicle when we arrived, overcharged for the "processing" fee. And are just about the rudest people I've ever dealt with. This is my 12th Lincoln in a Row. All three dealerships, Edmond, Yukon, and Shawnee with never see any more of my money or my 8 children & 14 grandchildren. Evidently, they do not care for repeat business. More

ZERO STARS...If your looking for friendly people, this ZERO STARS... If your looking for friendly people, this is the spot. But, if your looking for honest, reliable car service, go elsewhere. I took my ZERO STARS... If your looking for friendly people, this is the spot. But, if your looking for honest, reliable car service, go elsewhere. I took my Lincoln in under warranty for a key fob warning light. They said they couldn't replicate the problem and sold me a battery. Still having issues, several months later the tpms warning light comes on. No longer under warranty, they offered to charge me to diagnose the issue. I leave and take it to a more honest shop where I'm informed this is a known issue with the tpms receiver. I would think a Lincoln dealership should be aware of bulletins issue by the Lincoln manufacturer, and most are. But, according to Tyler (service manager), that's just not how they do things. Tyler told me to call Lincoln customer care to see if they would extend the warranty to cover this part. I did so, and was informed that Joe Cooper Lincoln never reported that they had worked on the original issue, so Lincoln has no way of seeing that it was problematic before the warranty expired. To date, they have cost me over $1000 to fix the issue that they were trusted to repaired last year. More

EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND WASTE OF TIME Is there a review that is LESS than a star??!! I debated whether to even write a review. I am a patient person and can handle a lot but - Oh my gosh I Is there a review that is LESS than a star??!! I debated whether to even write a review. I am a patient person and can handle a lot but - Oh my gosh I cannot tell you of all the problems I had with taking my car in to the shop at Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln in Edmond. Mind you I have an older car, however, I thought I was doing right by my car in taking to what I thought was a PROFESSIONAL place. First time I brought it in: Advised the service rep (will not name names) that I thought it was the Ignition Igniter according to Auto Zone, I was informed JC did there own diagnostic and I thought that was fair. Well, after the diagnostic and $150 later, I was told it was the brakes that definitely needed fixing (among other maintenance, however this was believed to be the core issue). Ok, so I got the brakes fixed and went ahead and to the spark plugs and "wires"...... (later to find out my car doesn't have wires, it has coils). Moving on - I got my car back and it WASN'T FIXED, LIKE DO YOU EVEN TEST DRIVE? (oh yeah the do, that story is for the 3rd time around) Second time around: Immediately turned around and brought it back. So now I'm told something to do with wires that were pulled out by the first fix. I was told they fixed that but when the technician went to test drive the car they BLEW OUT MY TIRE...and then had the nerve to call me and say "oh do you have insurance on your tires". Why should I BE RESPONSIBLE for something YOU did under YOUR care. At any rate, they ended up fixing the tire, rightfully so. At this point, I reached out to someone that I knew that worked in Management for Ford and when they got involved, I was told I was over charged and they ended up owing me money back. Ok tire fixed, everything should be fine now, right? WRONG. Third times the CHARM??: You'd think........ ok so got my car back the THIRD time and not even 5 miles down the road did my car start doing the EXACT same thing as when I initially brought it in. Ok this was a Friday, at this point I had to wait until Monday to bring it BACK in. This time I was told that another diagnostic would need to be run for another $150, told it was RATS that chewed the wires and it looked fresh because it wasn't there before (but was told they didn't check the engine before, WHAT... your telling me you didn't check the engine the last two times it was in your care, um ok) - I understand the rodent wiring can happen, but I live in the city and your telling me it happened in the 3 days it was at my home prior to back in your lot yet again, like are you kidding me, this is a joke. Well, after being told by the service rep that it was the rodents and that was the cause of the problem I'd need to pay more (HOW COULD IT BE IF THE CAR WAS INITIALLY DIAGNOSED AS NEEDED BRAKES AND SHOCKS? DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU?) Ok so now the root of the problem finally solved - THE IGNITION IGNITER (sound familiar?). So, everything was fixed I was told and then I got a call that while the technician was test driving it, SOMEONE else rear-ended my car - COME ON, IS THIS A DREAM??! All this happened in the course of 3 WEEKS! Finally fixed and then I've got to go through the insurance company to get an estimate to fix my car. That took another 2-3 weeks!!!! It's still not fixed by the way... ON A POSITIVE NOTE: The individuals I knew in management that were helping me, I am very grateful for because I have a feeling I would have been charged 3 times as much as I was (and even over charged at that). The service rep does NOT know what they are doing CLEARLY and the technicians, your guess as good as mine. MORAL OF THE STORY - NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED AT JOE COOPER FORD LINCOLN IN EDMOND - I WOULDN'T EVEN WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM THERE NOW EITHER. More
