Tire & Brake Repair Our car experienced a flat on the highway when traveling to Virginia & had to be towed to the dealership. Some good some not so good My initial visit for my recall was a mess. The car was not worked on as scheduled and when it was worked on they discovered the needed parts were not My initial visit for my recall was a mess. The car was not worked on as scheduled and when it was worked on they discovered the needed parts were not available. But it was ordered by overnight delivery to be delivered the next morning.. Then it was discovered that Hyundai did not have any and it was on back order to arrive in about 10 days or so. There were no loaner cars available so mine had to be put back together so I would have a car to drive while waiting for the part. When the part did arrive I was notified,, an appointment scheduled and the car repaired per the recall. Overall I wonder why I was scheduled when the part was not available. A couple of extra trips made but now the car is fixed. More
