Amazing, edgy and absolutely the best service! Words cannot describe how amazing, caring and knowledgeable that Sarah has been throughout the leasing process. I'm always on edge when purchasing/leasing a new vehicle but Sarah literally made me feel at home. From start to finish, Sarah was always smiling, positive and cheerful beyond measure, helped with after hour questions that I had and answered them right on the spot. Sarah was to the point, very detail oriented and was extremely quick to get back to me throughout the entire purchase. It is now 4 months since I leased my 2017 Traverse and I have had 2 follow up emails from Sarah to make sure everything was going well and even a "Happy Birthday" card!
