From day one Taylor Barton took the time to sit down and truly listen to my needs. I needed to find a car quickly as my current one just wasnt reliable at all anymore. She worked with me around my schedule (two jobs), wants, and budget. I didn't feel pushed at all, she truly listened. When we did find the car that was the perfect fit, Machen's even put me into a loaner vehicle so I could have reliable transportation until my car was fully ready for me. Charlie Brown worked with me on financing and I feel like I got a great deal on the price of the car AND an awesome warranty. I still can't believe how smoothly everything went and how much these two employees worked with me and tailored to my needs. Machen's made what is usually a stressful event a pleasant one!
