Asking a few questions to v=see what I was looking for, took me straight to a few options. After looking them over we went for a test drive, He continued to discuss the features and how the car has changed from the different model years to what it is today. He gave us several options for rebates/discounts as well as the expiration of those rebates to help us make a decision on how quickly we might purchase a car. A week later we went back to purchase the car. While completing paperwork with Travis Thacher, Troy readied the car to drive off the lot. Travis was thorough in selecting a bank that fit our needs and answer our many questions for different warranty packages. After finance was complete Troy walked us to the car and set up the Sync so that I could travel hands free. Troy made arrangements to detail my car while I was on travel so that I would have little down time. He has been my first contact for questions. He has called me to ensure I have al the answers to the questions any new model owner may have. I did have to take the car to Service for a computer setting. While they could not make the adjustment on the spot, they got my car in the next morning. The team at Joe Machens Ford Lincoln has been amazing! I would definitely purchase another vehicle for this location!!! More
