We did decide on a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 200 that was located at Joe Machens Lincoln and Marc Weiner in the business office worked very hard to get financed into the payments that we wanted. I have never been so pleased in my purchase of a car as I was with this one. More

He called back the following Tuesday with the exact car I wanted with even more features, and it was still in my price range. I purchased the car the next day and business manager Jeffery Holstein found an even lower interest rate than what I was previously offered. Lo and behold he found one! After driving it and discussing prices with Machens and other dealers, I decided a new car was the way I was going to go. Thad, John, Justin, Steve and Kevin all went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted! I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. When we were ready to purchase a new F150 we turned to Joe Machen's again. Joe Machen's is a quality dealership - they're service is exceptional, and sales representatives and staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous to all. We purchased our 2016 F 150 through Troy Atkisson, sales representative. Troy listened to our description of the truck we wanted, and went over and above to help us find our vehicle. Never once did he try to "up sale" us with more than we were looking for. He and his associates worked with us when negotiating prices to keep us in the Joe Machen's customer family. We love our new truck and will continue to purchase thru Joe Machen's in the future. Thank you to the entire staff we worked with, and a special thank you to Troy! More
Not Your Typical Dealership After researching a new truck purchase for the better part of a year, I finally had what I wanted narrowed down enough to enter the market. I contacte After researching a new truck purchase for the better part of a year, I finally had what I wanted narrowed down enough to enter the market. I contacted a dozen or so dealerships within 500 miles, including Machens Ford. After the dust settled it was a win for the home team and for me as well. Machens not only had the F-150 King Ranch I wanted, but they were extremely fair and competitive in their pricing before incentives reduced the price further. I worked with Lou Ann via email and the phone, and once a deal was reached all I needed to do was walk in and sign the paperwork. The paper process was quick and painless, and Gene did an excellent job not only explaining all documents but ensuring the process was quick and smooth. You hear horror stories of being in the finance office and being oversold useless additions, but Gene did very well and only briefly covered Ford's extended warranty program. It was quick and painless, and best of all is there was absolutely no pressure to make an additional purchase. Needless to say, 30 minutes after walking into the dealership I was sitting in my new truck and beginning the learning process. Lou Ann made the delivery so simple and easy. She spent well over an hour taking me though each and every inch of the truck, showing me all of the features and how things work. She guided me through Sync3 very well, and also through the instrument cluster and its own settings too. I have to say that this was the best dealership experience I've had, and I am glad that I could find a nice deal on what I wanted without having to drive hundreds of miles. More

I been around garages, mechanics and dumb xxx*s like you alI before and I don't give a flying f*&k. I guess you are not used to people like me calling you out on your crap. You two need to find another line of work, one where you don't deal directly with people because you suck at it. Now, the actual work done to my vehicle was fine, my gripe is not with the mechanics. It is with the terrible people up front that are just so busy and can't seem to find the time to treat customers like they want them to come back. I sure as xxxx won't be back to service, or sales! GFY! More

We have a long standing relationship with Kevin as he has assisted us in our car/truck purchases and leases over the last several years. He directed us to Russell who patiently assisted us and let us test drive different vehicles until we had found what we needed. After we found what we wanted and worked out the finances we were directed to Marc Weiner whom we found to be very helpful in procuring many cash back bonuses. He was able to save us an additional $1500 which we were so happy to get. All in all, it was a very "non-trumatic" experience. Of course, Steve never has a problem trading cars. I personally am not over fond of it. It will be a very "Merry Xmas" in this household. Thanks, Joe Machens for your helpful, thoughtful employees. More
