Very good experience. Reasonable Pricing. Helpful employees I was determined to buy a new car so I walked in there and got the one I wanted. The only thing was I was not informed about the interest rate until t I was determined to buy a new car so I walked in there and got the one I wanted. The only thing was I was not informed about the interest rate until the loan paperwork was done. So I did not really have a chance to compare it with the rate I could get from my bank. I was a bit higher than I expected but everything was taken care of in a timely manner and you really didn't have to worry about nothing. I liked it and would definitely recommend the dealer - if you know what you want, they will find you the perfect one! More

Purchased a 2012 Fusion The process seemed to work fine, all the pertinent information was shared/explained. This vehicle was from a lemom/buyback program and this program w The process seemed to work fine, all the pertinent information was shared/explained. This vehicle was from a lemom/buyback program and this program was clearly explained to us. The demo of the car was done properly, all questions were answered. The price initially quoted to us by Mac was $2,000 lower that it should have been. We moved forward with the transaction based on that price then found out it wasn't right. Mac apologized for his error and when we came back the next day, he offered us a 2013 Fusion for the same price. We appreciated that offer but liked the 2012 better. Our only comment was it seemed to take to long to finish the process after we agreed to the price. I realize there is a lot of paperwork requred and many transactions being done each day. But I would look for ways to reduce the amount of time the customer has to spend sitting there waiting. I would certainly return when we are in the vehicle market again. More
