Sorry, buying a car from you has been the worst experience in my life. I called the salesman and told him about the car -- he indicated it was the repair people at the shop I took it too -- a Ford dealer -- I think not if Ford sent people from Michigan. I'm sorry, your dealership doesn't know what customer service is. I don't want to ever have to deal with you again. I am telling everyone I know about this including Ford contacts in Michigan -- it's time someone calls Machens on the carpet. Big is not better. Tried your service once -- bad. Bought one other car there (used) several years go -- another bad experience. I am so done with you. I'm hoping this review gets posted (probably it will be pulled) so other people know.
