This was my first vehicle purchasing experience, and I could not have asked for a better one. Adam spent the better part of a day talking to me, working with me and showing me different Joe Machens trucks. I had a decent idea of what I was looking for but needed some guidance and assistance. Mr. Miller answered all of my questions knowledgeably and honestly. The sales environment he created made me feel very comfortable and when I had my choices narrowed down to two trucks, he helped me make my decision without being pushy. I ended up buying something a little more than what my original plan was, and I am incredibly happy with the choice I made.
