Dillon was quick to resolve my first issue on the spot, quick to check our previous maintenance and seemed genuine in trying to insure only necessary maintenance was done. Allowed me to select items from recommendation that I wanted to do at this time with no pressure. More

Serious Lack of Transparency – Undisclosed Major Accident I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Toyota dealership. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them, trusting their reputation Accident I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Toyota dealership. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them, trusting their reputation and assuming I was being given full and honest information. Unfortunately, I later found out that the car had been involved in a major front-end accident — something that was never disclosed to me at the time of sale. This kind of damage isn’t just cosmetic — it can seriously affect the vehicle’s performance, safety, and long-term reliability. Most importantly, a major accident like this significantly reduces the car’s actual market value. Had I known about this history, I would have never agreed to pay the price I did — or possibly wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle at all. Disappointed in Lack of Real Follow-Up Despite Public Response While I appreciate that Joe Myers Toyota responded publicly to my review, I have to be honest — it feels more like a show for future customers than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions provided and contacted Rodney Feltus, as directed. Unfortunately, despite what was promised in the public comment, he clearly stated that "we can't do anything for you." There was no effort to find a solution, no accountability, and no willingness to make things right regarding the undisclosed major accident on the vehicle I purchased. It’s extremely disappointing to see a dealership say one thing publicly to maintain its image, while privately dismissing a legitimate concern that involves both transparency and the vehicle’s value. I expected better and hope others take this into consideration when doing business here. This feels like a serious breach of trust. I expected more from a Toyota-certified dealership and hope they take responsibility to prevent this kind of misleading sale from happening to future customers. More
