When to see a new highlander. Louis Ramirez was showing us cars and then suddenly went away without saying a word that he has any appointment. No courtesy at all. Came in to have them install a part that was bough from their parts dept. IT TOOK THEM ALL DAY TO REPLACE/INSTALL THE PART! Absolutely absurd. The only good thing is they shuttle you out and back to the de their parts dept. IT TOOK THEM ALL DAY TO REPLACE/INSTALL THE PART! Absolutely absurd. The only good thing is they shuttle you out and back to the dealership for free. Other than that there’s nothing good to say about this place at all. The tech had to have me tell them why the part needed to be replaced which is odd given the fact that it was pretty clear. Joey the service advisor was ok, and the parts people are decent however the service dept and techs seem to be slow asf and incompetent asf. I won’t be back. More
Have been dealing with this dealership for awhile since moving to Houston for all our servicing needs for our Lexus ES350. They have been phenomenal each time and I have worked with different service advis moving to Houston for all our servicing needs for our Lexus ES350. They have been phenomenal each time and I have worked with different service advisors but this time I decided to write a review since the adviser I worked with, Martin M., was not only exceptional to deal with but he was truly honest about the service I needed and didn't need which I truly appreciate. Service like that is the reason I will continue to not only deal with this dealership for my service needs of the Lexus but take my family's other cars for servicing when the manufacturer's warranty expires and it comes time to decide where to service them. I see Joe Myers being the destination for my future car purchasing needs as well since I had a great experience in the past with their preowned sales division and of specific mention, Marcos. Overall, I'm a very happy customer and gracious for this dealership being so close to where I reside which played a huge part in my choice in choosing them. Def A+ and 5/5. More
