Very nice experience. Scott let me know everything that I need to repair and keep a lookout for on my car. I was also in the waiting room for only an hour or so. Anti lock As far as getting the car towed there for service... that went well BUT... they had NO loaners or any way to get me home... Tire Rotation, Oil Change The service department had taken good care of my Fusion Hybrid and it runs well at 82000 miles. This visit was strange. I was told tires could not b The service department had taken good care of my Fusion Hybrid and it runs well at 82000 miles. This visit was strange. I was told tires could not be rotated because lug nuts were corroded and swollen on bolts. Two months ago Rizza Ford put 4 new tires on my Fusion, no snow or road salt since June 27. Why sudden freezing of bolts. I asked what could be done to salvage car wheels, told that 20 new lug nuts could be installed for $148. And, it would take a lot of time to pound old ones out. I said go ahead. Twenty minutes later, the car was finished, I could go. Shortest tire rotation ever! What happened to those lug nuts is very mysterious to me. I think the service advisor could have done better job explaining lug nut problem More

Rude employee. Car wasnt returned like how they received Well when my car was returned to me it was missing the cover for the light. Also my led lights the push button didn't work. I had none of this before dropping off my car to the Lincoln dealership. I called Scott service advisor and he was VERY rude to me. But Scott was not rude to my husband when he called back. I am not some stupid person and I don't deserve to be treated any different than a man. Just want my car fixed the correct way. More
