The process was very easy. I contacted Eagle via the internet and they got back to me very quickly. I was able to work out a good deal over the phone. I initially begin my search online and from first contact I was given that "We are here to service you" attitude. It took me well over a month to make a decision, but Mike stayed in contact and offered a helping hand the entire process. When I finally decided to go into the dealership, I was shocked not to be greeted by the "Attack of the Vultures" feeling, I had been experiencing. Instead the atmosphere was pleasant and gave me a feeling of "We are happy you stopped by John Eagle." In less than 2 hours, I had completed the entire selection, financing and on my way process. What an AWESOME experience!!!! I not only recommend this dealership/salesman, but will visit them again when I am ready to make my next purchase. More

I went in very upside down on a lease, not very good credit and Joel worked very hard to find me the car I wanted with payments I could afford. I went to this dealer because they didn't put me on hold and never help me like another dealer. I needed a visor replacement and alignment (I assumed) and ended up getting my son's tires replaced. I wasn't excited about spending the money at the time but wanted his car to be safe. I can't imagine using another dealer even though this is way out of my way (live next tollway 190). More
