My salesman, Michael Meis, was great- no pressure and I really felt that he had my best interests always on his mind. It took a bit longer to purchase my new 2024 Lyriq than I thought it would, but the de really felt that he had my best interests always on his mind. It took a bit longer to purchase my new 2024 Lyriq than I thought it would, but the dealership was still recovering from that major computer security hack. All in all, a very good experience with John Elway Cadillac and I would recommend them highly. More

Wow I just purchased a 2020 xt5 Cadillac from John Elway Cadillac of Centennial and in two weeks problems. The transfer case with metal flakes had to be replaced as well as the empty radiator. What are thes Cadillac of Centennial and in two weeks problems. The transfer case with metal flakes had to be replaced as well as the empty radiator. What are these certified inspection reports for? James the sales manager wants to give us a trade in and give us less for our problem car they sold us all in less then 1 month. Sounds like a scam to me. Wow the John Elway promise where is it? We feel so deceived. We have never experienced a dealership like this and received a car with a bunch of problems. Now I'm worried about the resistance I'm getting from this vehicle upon curves on the highway. My recommendation is to go somewhere else since this is how this dealership operates. So disappointed! Ps Manager will also no longer answer to you once they have your money. I emailed 2 managers and no response from either one. Wow Wonder why... More

We had to have an engine replaced on our Escalade. When we received it back, there was an issue with the temperature guage, starter, and transmission slipping. After leaving the car with them anoth When we received it back, there was an issue with the temperature guage, starter, and transmission slipping. After leaving the car with them another day, we got the car back and they said everything was fine and found no problems. We then took it to our local mechanic who had to replace the thermostat for the temperature issue, new starter, and add transmission fluid. I don't think John Elway even looked at the vehicle. On top of this, they treated us like we were a bother to them. We also have neighbors that just spent over $100k on a new Escalade and they treated her the same way. More
