Got car in an expeditious manner. Fixed problem and pulled car into bay area overnight. Was very grateful for that. Everyone was very helpful and answered all questions. The amount of time you spend waiting is here is crazy. I paid cash for my vehicle and still had to wait almost 2 hours to get into the finance department.
