Initially came in because ignition wouldn't turn off when leaving the vehicle on my XT4. Customer service rep said I needed to step away from vehicle for it to stop. That was not the case before, it turned o leaving the vehicle on my XT4. Customer service rep said I needed to step away from vehicle for it to stop. That was not the case before, it turned off when opening the door. On my second visit we made an appointment for software update which solved the problem. Think rep should have known that to begin with. Also after update I wasn't told there would be some changes on my dash, had to learn on my own. Otherwise service was OK. Also dropped off vehicle in the Am and needed it back before 4:00 PM, had to reach out to find out if ready. It was to late for my event so I had to leave it over night. More
