Buying the car was a good experience but the service department is a mess. After an oil change I noticed some of my lug nut covers were never put back on. I took the car back to have them replaced and n department is a mess. After an oil change I noticed some of my lug nut covers were never put back on. I took the car back to have them replaced and noticed they had replaced the missing ones with different lug nut covers that didn’t match the original ones. Then I had to go back again and have them all replaced with the generic ones (not the factory ones that came with the car) just so they would all match. When I had a screw in my tire I called on a Monday to make sure they had the correct tire to replace it. They said the correct tire was ordered and came in the same day. I went the next day to have the new tire put on. Of course when I inspected they put the wrong tire on my car and now I have to go back again to have that redone. I bought 3 cars there and would buy there again but I would go somewhere else for the service. More

Salesman and Sales Manager were very helpful (and patient) answering all of my questions and concerns.
