Just a simple word of caution if you intend to do business with this dealership, I purchased a new Equinox in 2020. Less than 18 months later the fuel pump goes out. Still under warranty so they fix business with this dealership, I purchased a new Equinox in 2020. Less than 18 months later the fuel pump goes out. Still under warranty so they fix it. This should have been a sign to sell the vehicle. Fast forward to Sunday and the car breaks down. I have it towed to the dealership and find out it is the fuel pump once again. The dealership says it has been over two years since the last repair so I must pay in full. Also, they tell me I need to replace the cabin and engine air filter without checking to see that new ones were recently put in. I question them and they play dumb. Anyway, reached out to GM directly and waiting for them to review my case. Do not believe the tv ads, this place is as shady as they come. More

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - I bought a Buick from the Fuquay-Varina location and within 90 days my transmission slipped and my check engine light came on! Of course they have a "buy as is" policy so they don't have to take accountability. They claim to be a "good Christian dealership" if that was true, I wouldn't be putting $1000 into a car I just bought from them. Not only that, but I brought the car back and they had 3 1/2 days to fix these issues and didn’t do anything to fix it so I had to go somewhere else. You will be far better off going to a more trust worthy dealership that is actually reliable. More
