I had an appointment @ 9am to have my transmission fluid changed out. I arrived about 8:50. I was told the cost of the fluid change was around $250. At 11am I checked to see why my car wasn't done. She said changed out. I arrived about 8:50. I was told the cost of the fluid change was around $250. At 11am I checked to see why my car wasn't done. She said that she was waiting on tech for the papers. She called me over to the cashier at 11:35. I don't understand why a transmission fluid change would take over 2.5 hours. I was thinking that the tech may have started the change out at 11am. If someone would have told me about the 2.5 hrs, I would have dropped the car off. More

Called Hiester Chevy about an almost dead battery. They were able to fit me in on Black Friday and valet service was available. The valet was on time, the battery had one dead cell and was replaced.
